Information About the Project

The purpose of project is to demolish existing schools to reconstruct new ones since existing buildings are found economically infeasible to retrofit and also existing buildings do not functionally satisfy required demands of Provincial Directorate of National Education. Within the scope of Consultancy Services for Design and Reconstruction Supervision of 45 Schools in İstanbul (ISDB-CB1.5);

 1- Design and Tender Documents Preparation of 44 School Buildings (298.149 m²) and Üsküdar Altunizade Dormitory Building (26.762 m²)

• Ground Survey
• Preliminary Design,
• Construction Drawings and Detail Drawings
• Preparation of Tender Documents in accordance with International Financial Institutions (IFI’s) such as the World Bank (IBRD), Islamic Development Bank (IDB), European Investment Bank (EIB), Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) etc. guidelines and Standard Bidding documents.

 2- Consultancy and Construction Supervision of 35 School Buildings (237.681 m²) during the Construction Stage and Defects and Liability Period services were provided.
