PROKON has won the tender called by Housing Development Administration of Turkey, related with the consultancy services for the 5222 houses and social facilities to be built in the cities; Hakkari, Diyarbakır, Tunceli, Batman, Şanlıurfa, Elazığ, Van ve Mardin.
