Information About the Project	The scope of the work includes the preparation of the architecture, static, infrastructure and electrical drawings of the Cold Rolling Mill investment, which is an addition to the existing aluminum production facility of Alcomet AD in Shumen, Bulgaria. Basic engineering information and technological projects related to these buildings were commissioned to the German SMS company by Alcomet. PROKON prepared application projects for construction based on these projects. The Rolling Mill-2 Building is designed as a steel structure with a width of 52 meters, a length of 300.4 meters, a height of approximately 22 meters, a closed area of 16.000 m2, and cranes with a capacity of 55 and 35 tons inside. In the design process, Eurocode Bulgarian Annex technical specifications are used. The foundations of the technological equipment prepared by SMS in the first 116-meter section of the building is also designed by PROKON. The Air Wash building, which is designed as a reinforced concrete structure adjacent to the building, has a 125 m2 closed area and is 17 meters high, is also included in the project. Technical specifications, administrative specifications, unit price descriptions, and quantities of architectural and construction materials are prepared within this scope.
