Information About the Project

PROKON Mühendislik ve Müşavirlik A.Ş. provided Multi-Disciplinary Basic and Detail Design Engineering Services, Procurement and Construction Services for Tufanbeyli Thermal Power Plant, Raw Water Supply System Project under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract on turnkey basis.

Raw Water for the 450 MWe Tufanbeyli Thermal Power Plant is supplied from Sarız River. PROKON undertook the Engineering and Construction Services on turnkey basis. Within the scope of the project, 3 pumps with 180 m3/h capacity (1 is back-up), pump raw water from Sarız River to concrete sedimentation pools (with 2×10.000m3 capacity) which are located in mining site and constructed by Enerjisa. Then 3 pumps with 180 m3/h capacity (1 is back-up), pump raw water from these pools to Raw Water Tanks.

• Topographical Engineering Services
• Preparation of Architectural Projects
• Preparation of Infrastructural Projects
• Preparation of Reinforced Concrete Projects (Building Calculations, Formwork and Reinforcement Plans and Details, Wire Fence Plans and Details, Embedded Steel Manufacturing Details)
• Preparation of Mechanical and Piping Projects (Flow Diagrams, Equipment Information Forms, Valve Lists, Equipment Lists, Piping Layout and Detail Projects, Isometry Projects, HVAC System Layout Plan)
• Preparation of Electrical Projects (Cable Calculations, Earthing Calculations, OG Voltage Drop Calculations, Lighting Calculations, Electrical and Automatisation Projects, PLC Circuit Diagram, Fire Detection and Camera System Line Layout, Instrumental Layout, I/O Lists, 34.5kV Energy Transmission Line Profiles, Optic Cable Layout Plans, Single-Line Diagrams, Lighting and Jack Line Layout, Power Distribution and Tray Plans, Foundation Earthing Line Layout, Lightning Conductor Line Layout)
• Preparation of Site and Landscape Arrangement Projects are provided.

All Mechanical and Piping, Electrical, Automatisation, Infrastructure, Construction Works and related Equipment, Material, Purchase, Manufacturing, Acquisiton, Transportation, Landscape, Installation, Testing and Commissioning works are provided under the scope of the Contract.
