Philsa Philip Morris Sabancı TF-3 Production Area Extension Project, Secondary Production Area Project and TF-2 Climatization Floor Construction Project Management Services are provided by PROKON.
Project Management Services are listed below;
- TF-3 Production Area Extension Project
- Design of the area used by Philsa as a Primary DCC (Direct Conditioning Cylinders) area according to the requirements of the Secondary Production area,
- Control of the productions of the TF-2 Air Conditioning Area Project and the completion of the procedure at the end of the work.
The following services are also provided for the project;
- Coordination between Philsa Engineering Department, Project Designer, Contractors and Building Audit Company
- Providing necessary informations to selected contractors, following Philsa’s Work Permission Procedures
- Determination of acceptance criterias for tests and reports, preparation of procedures, recording test results
- Responding all questions from contractors
- Cost control and change management system
- Work schedule follow-up
- Preparation of monthly site reports and construction pictures obtain
- Follow up and Coordination of official transactions
- Preparation of specifications for out-of-scope works if demanded
- Completing the substantial completion date procedure
- Control and approval of as-built projects prepared by contractors
